Assist to Access/Maintain Employment or Education (Assist Access/Maintain Employ)

Individual Employment Support

This support is available to any working-age participant, including students approaching working age, who have an employment goal. Our services may include:

  • Exploration of what employment might mean (discovery)
  • Development of essential work skills
  • Assistance in managing complex barriers to gaining and keeping a job
  • Specialised job customisation
  • Support in transitioning from an ADE to open employment
  • Career planning
  • Additional capacity-building supports aimed at successful engagement in a DES
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

School leaver employment supports are capacity-building services aimed at helping students transition from school to employment. These supports should be included in the student’s NDIS plan during their final year of school to ensure smooth access to services as they exit the education system.
